sy ni ade 1 symptom last 2 weeks nieh.. gradually onset of pain (bunyi peing)..

so... sow... so?

so aku (tuka pulak) mula sedar yg tiap kali aku turun katil, since my katil double dekerrrrr.. omg..=.="

n aku org 'atasan' so kene la pepagi turun takhta mencemar duli yg amat sgt mulia ke atas lantai... 

then when i step. the first thing i would feel is ouch... =.='' aduih..

yes its pain oke!..

rase dia mcm aching pain.

if there is pain scale i would mark about 5 /10. n it irritability would be high..oke high. !!!

hmm.. every this past 2 week the same pain will come.... (ayt mcm x kene je)

then, dia rase mcm annoying tau.. fyi, dlm kasut keje aku ni dh ade 1 lapis tapak for my comfort.. (yeah i really need that) so... a bit curios la kenapa aku still skit wlwpn aku ade 1 layer dlm kasut ni. n my shoes is not a high heel shoes ok.

so i've begin to suspect that i've got 'plantar fasciitis' which, the pain of the foot arch which mean that kita punya foot arch is over stretch. so it get inflammation. but as i know the pathology of the pain n i know how to treat the pain, confirm lah. its not plantar fasciitis.

 so i did ask 1 of my physio, y my foot sakit sgt every morning n it increase after i balik ward..?

la ni aku cover OM2, which is ward respiratory, medical perempuan, orthopedic n stroke ward.

yaAllah tuhan je yg tau mcm mane aku cover ward2 ni dgn kaki aku yg sakit. 2 hari yg lepas la sakit gile2.. as my ortho patient yg agak2 PSY. HUH... dh PSY blh pulak speaking.. aduiaai... dgn pagi tu aku nagis lg..

aku ngis bkn pe sbb ade patient kt ward aku tuh mcm dh nazak then para doc. buat cpr dgn nurse sekalian. so aku tgk la.. sbb aku pun dh di ajar nk wat cpr cmner.. tp dh lupee.. hehe

k then last2 aku nmpk je doc n nurse cabut wayer. confrm ptient tuh dh nninggal.. mula2 aku oke lagi then.. dgr je anak dia jeritt "aammmaaaaa uwaaaaa uwaa" trus sebak aku pegi kt tepi tingkap.. sobss sobss.. haha doc nmpk doc tegur aku.." hey u nagis ker?"

"yela doctor, sedih la.. dgr diorg nagiss tu sume..sobs (smbil ngesat air mata dgn tisu keras hosp.)..

"yela buat la.. u pun bljar kn?"

"yup.."

"mula2 aa, 1st time i wat cpr i x bleh tido tau 1 minggu, skrg sdh byk kali buat sudh biasa laa"..

hmm... sunyi jap pastu physio aku mai, "fatin uu trun bwh... eh knpe ni u nagis ker/??"

huh.. slm what test neurotension test kt kaki.. pergghh.. sakit gler ble aku kene lipat bdn dh mcm org gimnastic duk dlm kotak pergghh aku blh bg pain scale 9/10 ok...

dia check spine aku mungkin sakit dr spine radiate smpai ke kaki, tp yg aku pelik tuh mmg ball of foot aku sakit.. mcm bkn radiate... so haih pening la byk sgt nk kene test pdhl sakit kaki je... ssh aku cmni..
last2 ptg tuh aku nek beskal dgn Lim kayuh 0.22km... dgn berat dkt 80%.. oke sgt pnat balik mkn byk...haha


pg td smpt mengulat dgn physio pegi mkn tosse kt luar.. besss. dia hidg atas daun pisang oke.. daun pasang tuh pnjng dkt 2x pnjng pembaris biasa (klw nk tau la) pastuh kuah kene cedok sendiri mkn atas daun pisang huh sungguh terasa mcm pegi negara india mkn kt situ haha .. :P ayat nk hyperbola je...
